Not on time
I got an email saying that the pick up time was between 8:10 and 8:30, so I didn't want to be late and waited at the designated spot at 8:00, but the tour car arrived around 8:50.
When I told them that it was different from the agreed time, they just laughed and said they had been picking up people at various places, without even apologizing.
I've used various tours in the past, but they've never been late.
They usually arrive about 5 minutes early.
