The Spy Museum is an excellent small museum on a specific subject — espionage — that combines authentic historical objects used in deception, encryption, computer hacking and related fields, with terrific interactive elements, including a quiz to determine the person’s aptitude to be a spy. My wife and I took our 10-year old grandson, who had a great time, but we were surprised how much we enjoyed it too. The exhibits on spies who were exposed, such as the FBI agent Rober Hansen, and on the frightening possibilities of computer malware, were very informative and impressive, as were many other exhibits. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The gift shop has an amazingly large collection of books on espionage and lots of interesting spy-related objects in various price ranges.
