Alongside a costumed guide, you visit cemeteries, the ground of the Old Fort, and other haunted locations to discover the little-known legends that surround the romantic venue. This small-group tour is limited in order to maintain an atmosphere suitable for the ghost walk.

  • A Ghostly Encounter’s Storm Policy (as follows)
  • 1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
  • 2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.
  • 3. If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.
  • 4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.

Tour was great and our guide was wonderful! We loved the stories with some of the history. Definitely recommend this tour for all ages.

This was really really bad. I had a group of 6 and I had 2 people beg me to allow them to drop of the tour after the first stop. Then the rest of the group including myself dropped off about 30 minutes in to the tour. It was not fun, we could barely hear the guide and when we did hear her we wished we hadn't. Just a bunch of flat jokes w/ not punchline. Do not waste your time or money here.

Wow. "You wished you hadn't heard her", kind of sounds like nothing we do would have pleased you. This tour is not for you. Hope you find the tour that will keep you entertained.
