booked a 7:30 trip, went all the way there just for a sign that states they weren’t doing a 7:30 one. no refund

We wanted the sunset cruise. We were there way ahead of time because they said be on time. We were to board at 7 ish for a 7:30 cruise. No one was there to represent and at 8:04 we finally boarded and of course missed the sunset. It was very unorganized Some people even left because we waited over an hour with no instructions. Did not even board the assigned ship or was the Moonlight.

Very bad experience, I showed up on time for the boat ride at 6pm and they informed us that the boat ride at 6pm is canceled and that they will sail at 7:30. I couldn't make it for 7:30 because I had a dinner reservation at that time and asked for a refund, I was told to reach out through the app and request refund. Now they are telling me that I was on a boat at 7:30 pm and that it is absolute lie. Not only that they canceled my ride and ruined surprise for my girlfriend, they are lying that I was on a boat jest because they don't want to give me my money back. They gave us a false reason why we couldn't sail at 6pm, they just didn't have enough people to fill up the boat.
