My hot air balloon ride in Phoenix was a complete disaster. First off, the landing was so rough that the pilot crashed us into pipes! My friend ended up with a busted lip because of it. You’d think they’d be more concerned about our safety, but no—what really got me was the text I received afterward. Instead of apologizing for the dangerous landing, I was hit with an unprofessional message complaining about the tip I left. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers, safety, or professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this at all costs. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Don’t you think if we “crashed” there would be a lot more reviews and news about it? That was a typical balloon landing. In Fact, smoother than all the other companies whose baskets tipped sideways and dragged through the desert. As for the texts, perhaps taking the hand towels and champagne flutes without paying would have kept us from trying to get paid for what your group took from us. Wish I could say we would do something to make you happier, but don’t want any more taken from us, and obviously when you had the best landing of them all than won’t make you happy ballooning either. We will pray for you… God Bless!

This is one cramped up hot air balloon for the price. I mean we could not really move and it made the experience stressful x I DO NOT recommend if you’re clustaphobic, there are cheaper prices than this. Please reduce the group size so people could get their moneys worth I know y’all are trying to save and all but reduce the price at-least . Couldn’t really enjoy it

You were in a half loaded balloon… we offer private flights for $1500 and up. But couple hundred dollars doesn’t buy that. Kind of like the airline. Think southwest or delta will lower the price or give more room just to make more comfortable for your expectations? Once you understand aviation and cost of it, perhaps you will learn that what you actually got was worth a small fortune…
