Learn to surf on this 2-hour group lesson on Oahu. Join a group of students and discover how to ride the waves like some of the Island's most famous celebrities with the help of a certified, professional instructor. We have small student to instructor ratio of 1 instructor for every 3-4 students. Waikiki Surf Lesson starts a 10 minute safety slide show inside our surf shop, followed by heading to the beach and practicing on the sand for another 10 minutes. In our 20 year experience, we know that surfing is muscle memory, so when first timers master their surf stance then they tend to get up on their very first wave.

Fantastic experience learning to surf for the first time with Pete Stahel. With Pete’s coaching both my son and I were able to get up on our boards and ride a few waves each. Pete is super kind and patient and knows how to teach surfing. Totally worth the extra money for semi private lessons, and while fairly fit I was totally exhausted after two hours… could not have gone longer if I wanted to.

Absolutely amazing experience. Our instructors were professional yet fun. They clearly took both our fun and safety very seriously. I had an absolute blast on my first ever surfing experience and highly recommend this company as they couldn't have made it any easier or more fun.
