За обиласке у 11 и 11:45, увек покушавамо да организујемо мини обилазак производње како би наши купци могли да науче мало о процесу прављења вина и различитим ферментацијама кроз које вино пролази између судова од нерђајућег челика и храстових буради.

Сомесет је јединствен јер је то једина винарија у јужној Калифорнији (и једна од само 8 винарија у САД) која производи вино кроз древни процес теракоте који је започео у Персији пре више од 8.000 година. Процес укључује ферментацију унутар великих глинених посуда чиме се избегава производња танина из традиционалних храстових буради, а уместо тога даје вину природнији укус. Многи вински ентузијасти кажу да је ово најчистији начин прављења вина, али то ћете морати сами да утврдите када кренете у нашу винску туру!
