Це бутик-виноробня, яка була першою виноробнею, побудованою на Де-Портола-роуд у 1970-х роках. Для екскурсій об 11:00 та 11:45 ми завжди намагаємося організувати міні-екскурсію по виробництву, щоб наші клієнти могли трохи дізнатися про процес виготовлення вина та різні процеси бродіння, через які проходить вино між посудинами з нержавіючої сталі та дубовими бочками.

Someset є унікальним, тому що це єдиний виноробний завод у південній Каліфорнії (і один із 8 виноробних заводів у США), який виробляє вино за допомогою стародавнього теракотового процесу, який розпочався в Персії понад 8000 років тому. Процес включає бродіння у великих глиняних посудинах, що дозволяє уникнути вироблення танінів із традиційних дубових бочок і натомість надає вину більш натуральний смак. Багато винних ентузіастів кажуть, що це найчистіший спосіб виготовлення вина, але вам доведеться визначити це самостійно, коли ви здійсните наш винний тур!
