The hot air balloon experience was breathtaking and tranquil! However, the staff was less then pleasant! The photographer was rude and yelled at individuals on a couple of occasions! Our pilot Michael had us safe, but was extremely rude and condescending to his support staff. as well as, us as customers! Michael asked for questions to then not answer any questions without some level inconsideration! Our experience was wrapped up with Michael asking us to stay for a certificate and requesting a gratuity disregard the experience he gave. Us! The certificate was a coupon and not something to display in any memorable way! Then we attempted to utilize the coupon at the winery and we’re told by our server Juan, the coupon gives us 15% off but requires a 18% gratuity to the balloon company to use it!! so you have to pay 3% to utilize it, and it is written no where on the certificate!!! Please WORK on. Customer service and transparency in the future!

A point of clarification. One of the discounts on our two for one voucher to 6 Temecula wineries is 15% off for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the South Coast Vineyard Rose restaurant. The restaurant includes an 18% default gratuity for their servers on all their bills, whether you used our discount or not. If you thought the server at the restaurant did you wrong, you could certainly have talked to one of the restaurant managers. They are a different company than us and we have no involvement in their processes. I will provide your feedback to pilot Michael. I am sure it will be helpful to him. Regarding our flight certificate, you are the first person to complain about how it looks. It looks like a diploma and I have many pictures from guests over the years showing it framed on their wall in thank you notes.
