I had a great time doing a hot air balloon ride for my birthday. When we got to the check-in site, we met the team who made us feel so calm and prepared for the adventure. There was also a photographer/videographer that was there that we hired to record our full experience with their drone. I felt like a superstar! The flight take-off and landing were both so smooth. The experience was so peaceful!

BRIAN IS AMAZING!! He was so down to earth, informative, kind, and talented as his job. He’s a literal gem and I am glad he was in charge of our balloon. We felt safe the entire time and had a very smooth landing.
