Meetup for check-in was easy to find. Instructions were easy to follow to get to it. Once there, we were about half an hour early, and we were able to visit the Starbucks that was opened across the Plaza for a quick bathroom break and coffee. When the operator and his crew arrived, we checked in and were sorted out. Given the rules and instructions so that once we arrived at the departure spot, we would know what balloons we were in. Staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. We were placed in a 24 group basket and still had some space to be able to turn and take pictures. For the first time of trying this, it is something I would recommend trying out. Thank you to Phil, our pilot, in his balloon Bounty for sharing his knowledge and skills with us.

Magical Adventure Balloon Rides with our pilot (Denni) was absolutely a fun & unforgettable experience. it was great fun. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I chose this time ride as the timing to meet was a bit later compared to the other rides as we were staying 1 hour away from the meet up point. The ride was very smooth and calm.
