This was our second time to visit, though several years apart. It had changed a bit this time and the views were fantastic but although a quieter time of year the queueing was painful. What ever time you book be prepared to wait an extra hour plus before you get anywhere near the lifts to the viewing deck. Just not very slick in organisation and think other viewing buildings did it better.

We visited at night and really enjoyed the views, particularly of the Empire State Building. We arrived at our entrance time and only queued for a very short time.

The views were amazing. The art deco style building is beautiful. The photo experience is poor. photo taken too quickly & my eyes were shut. staff at photo booth not friendly.
