Timed ticket does not mean anything. Waited outside, on the sidewalk, for over an hour to get in the door. We arrived 15 minutes early. Website asks that you do not arrive before your scheduled time. When I called, while waiting in line, I was told that you must arrive very early. Bottom line..your ticket only admits you. Scheduled time means nothing. Empire State Building is a much better experience!

An excellent view 360 degree view of the city from Central Park to Downtown. It started snowing lightly while we were out on the deck - made it more magical! Visited early and avoided queues Very efficient staff!

Your website is not good. If I need to book a specific time I should be able to do that when purchasing my ticket not after. Your employees are not knowledgeable. When asked for help or directions each employee gave a different answer. One employee put us in a line and another came up and said what are you doing here. They allowed others in front of us to step over the couch area and skip pictures whe we stated we wanted to skip pictures we were told to just wait in the line. I was sent to 3 different places to pick up my tickets. When I got my tickets I was told to go to back across the hall to enter when I did that I was then told to go out side and stand in line. No one knows what’s going on. By the time we got up for our experience we were so frustrated it wasn’t enjoyable
