Amazing views of the city. Worth the wait for the lifts. Videos pre lift and photos worthwhile too. Best photo of the city

Very badly organised queues outside - chaos ! Visited 10th December 2022 at 5.35pm and even though you have tickets with a booked time slot, you don’t get in at that time. Made to queue outside in the elements, no signs or instructions. And if you then dare to ask the little/small lady outside - yes I’m describing her and calling her out - she treats you like a complete moron, as if you’re doing her a favour by being there and keeping her in a job. Quite possible the most obnoxious woman we’ve ever met - definitely should not be in the service industry - rude and offensive to everyone who dared ask her the same question ‘I have a ticket, where do I go’. We also went to The Summit One Vinderbilt - the whole experience there knocks spots off this one.
