In January I made a reservation at ATRAPALO taking the trapalo Smart rate, it is misleading advertising without my consent they automatically subscribe you to SMART and after a month using the visa details with which I paid for the hotel, they charge you 49.95 euros without prior notice notice, I complained and they don't pay any attention, they send you a cut and paste and say that they sent me an email saying that I am already SMART and that is a lie, so there are hundreds of people affected, please CATCH IT, it is a scam

Very good, I want to tell you about my experience with arápalo, lately they are giving you very good offers so you can book. Once you have made it, after a while, they send you an email canceling your reservation, after having excited you. You look stupid and especially when they tell you that they are going to help you by giving you other options, which are much more expensive than the reservation you had made. If you don't want the same thing to happen to us and they leave you with honey on your lips, use other more serious pages that do not use this very inadequate and inappropriate system to attract clients and then sell much more expensive accommodations, good luck and thank you

Be very careful to book a train ticket that you cancel, I don't know how if you take a certain rate from them they automatically subscribe you for a month free (which I had no idea) the day before they send you an email it seems that if you don't unsubscribe it will continue and the next day with your data they charge you €50 for one more year of something you don't want. If anyone has had the same thing happen to them, let them know. I'm certainly going to do what I can, it seems like a big camouflaged scam to me. I will never think of using catch it again. They use my bank details without authorization.
