My husband wanted to do this tour, but I thought I could pass in favor of another activity. I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T! Sam was the best tour guide- super passionate, knowledgeable, funny, and interesting all wrapped into an entertaining tour. You'll see amazing houses and learn about their history, famous owners, and interesting stories about hauntings or old traditions. We also toured the Lafeyette Cemetery No. 1, which was also incredible. Request Sam for all of your tours. He's the man. 10/10, puts every other guide to shame.

While we have stayed in the Garden District several times and explored on our own, this tour really brought it all to life! We didn't realize what we were missing until we went on the tour with Sam, our guide. Sam was outstanding! He was personable, energetic, and very knowledgeable. He also had some great puns! In addition to learning about the beautiful old mansions in the District, we also toured the Lafayette Cemetery No. 1. We learned some fascinating facts of life and death in the Crescent City. Would definitely go on any tour with Sam!

Such a fun time led by our guide Dylan. He was so knowledgeable and talked about the history of New Orleans. It was a nice stroll to see all the beautiful houses. The cemetery is always a neat place to visit as well to see how they bury their dead in the city.
