I was very displeased with this company. I got a call 15 min prior to when I needed to be there to pick up my ticket saying my trip was cancelled due to the weather. Because I was already there I went in to talk to them. They were very rude to me and were very disrespectful when they refused to reimburse me for my parking. When I explained that I was upset that I had only got a call 15 min prior, the lady in the office very rudely yelled out to me that she had sent me an email an hour ago. When I checked my email, I had only gotten it about 30 min prior, which wasn’t helpful considering I don’t check my emails all throughout the day. At one point, as I was getting visibly upset with the situation, one of the guys actually got up and approached me. He got very close to me and was very rude, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and almost threatened. I bought my tickets from Groupon, which the employees said I should easily be able to get a refund from. However, because I had to enter in my redemption code in order to reserve a spot for my trip, my Groupon says it’s already been redeemed, and I’m not sure if I can even get the refund. I understand that they can’t control the weather, but they should have called to cancel much earlier, and not have been so overtly rude to me. If the can email, then they could just as easily have called instead. I fly out of the state tomorrow, so I can’t just reschedule, but even if I could I would never book a trip through his company again.
