Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

Great time going down the river with our awesome guide Tony. Best part of our week long stay in TN. I would recommend this to anyone that’s wants a refreshing morning in a beautiful part of TN.

I am not a great swimmer so I was very unsure about this. However, I’m so glad we went on this trip. Our guide, Parrish, was so fun. If you’re on the fence about this adventure, jump in the boat! You won’t regret it. It was the highlight of our family vacation.
