My 5th visit to the museum and probably my last. This visit was different because it was so overcrowded. You could barely see or read anything. It was disappointing. There were people loudly talking on their phones. A young child running about throwing things (as expected because I imagine they were very bored). Even with timed tickets we had to queue for 45 mins to get in. What was once a beautiful place to learn, think and mourn is now an overcrowded money maker.

Overcrowded and difficult to see or read anything as was so hard to get to the exhibits. It was either really hot or really cold and overall an unpleasant experience as we spent alot if it fighting through crowds.

It was a beautiful tribute to those that lost their lives that day. So many wonderful displays to pay respect for everyone that was involved with the recovery and building back after 911.
