It was a good experience overall. The tour guide was very enthusiastic in a local New Yorker. It would’ve been nice if it were more fact-based less emotion based. This said, it was thoughtfully led.

Very informative tour. Kevin did a great job relaying not only facts but his personal experience. I came away with a much greater appreciation for the tragedy and the impact it had on the city and its residents. Highly recommended.
