There is an additional fee for Car Seats ($25), Golf Bags ($20) and Surf Boards ($30) payable upon airport pickup.

We got in a little earlier but no bus, we paid extra to the hotel, no problem, we just want to get to the hotel, it's the second time!!!!!!

Simply did not turn up. Received no advice on WhattsApp that pick-up location had changed or were running late. Waited more than an hour and checked with multiple airport staff that we were at correct spot for pick-up as advised when booking. No refund offered.

Our driver was waiting for us and it couldn’t have been easier! The van was very comfortable and our driver gave us some very good advise for our vacation.
