From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied.

Please allow a minimum of 15 min after retrieving luggage for shuttle to arrive. Please confirm 24 hrs prior to arrival to ensure a quick and speedy pick up from airport.

There is an additional fee for Car Seats ($25), Golf Bags ($15) and Surf Boards ($10) payable upon airport pickup.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

An unnecessarily long walk hauling a 50lb suitcase. Then after several phone calls and an HOUR wait, the van arrived. I was the last to be delivered almost 3 hours after I landed. You get what you pay for.

Landed on time, advised the service and asked where to collect the shuttle. It took them 90 minutes for them to meet me despite multiple phone calls and assurance that the shuttle was close to collection. It was very low cost and I wish I’d paid more for a reliable service.

they were there in the airport waiting for us even when my flight was 1 1/2 hours late. super kind of communication as they update you of where they are…. thank you very much
