Please allow a minimum of 15 min after retrieving luggage for shuttle to arrive. Please confirm 24 hrs prior to arrival to ensure a quick and speedy pick up from airport.
Stroller accessible, but must be collapsible stroller
There is an additional fee for Car Seats ($25), Golf Bags ($20) and Surf Boards ($30) payable upon airport pickup.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Was a little worried about finding the correct shuttle, but the driver Steven went out of his way to find me. Which was very much appreciated. Steven was a absolute delight with his humor and extensive knowledge of the area. Mahalo.

Our driver was right on time and very helpful. Helped guide us to his location, our luggage took over 45 minutes to get to the baggage claim area and driver waited for us to retrieve luggage. Highly recommended this service.
