I payed 82 for a day pass and tried taking the bus at Wall Street in front of the church, I showed them it was their company, but the drivers didnt accept my e- ticket and didn't let me in.

Absolutely the WORSE experience! Never recommend this company! Ridiculous that they cannot heat the bus, rude staff, did not inform us that a prerecorded tour was available, even if it was with archaic plug-in, earphones!!! Extremely filthy interior and the smell of gasoline was nauseating. We bought our son and his wife to New York for Christmas and thought a great way to show them Manhattan the NY City buses would have been a better choice and we wouldn't have wasted $250 dollars! If I could I would I would give this company 5 NEGATIVE STARS!!!

I was told to present my ticket on my phone to the driver; when a person wanted to scan my ticket on the street I was suspicious of being scammed! I was looking for a Viator bus - no one said I should take the Big Bus!!! For a tourist destination, you did not make it clear how to use the system!!! It was freezing in NYC on Saturday!!!
