My daughter & I were sold our Big Bus tickets by Steven. We had such an amazing experience. Steven would ask us each morning what were our plans for the day & tell us where we should get off/on, what Avenue/street we shoul be on, where to dine, & even took us right to “Times Square Diner & Grill” & asked the staff to look after us. Steven is such an amazing & genuine person, we looked forward to meeting him each morning, We will always remember NY, but most importantly we will always remember Steven. He should be the ambassador for BIG BUS, if he isn’t already.
