BUYER BEWARE: We bought tickets for the Uptown and Downtown loops of NYC service for July 8. Once onboard, we learned that only 25% of the stops were being served "due to COVID" (not really sure of the relevance/connection there.) This was NOT disclosed anywhere during my purchase process a few weeks beforehand, nor within the app, nor the paper route maps provided. If you don't mind paying $50 per person for a panoramic tour of the city where you really CANNOT hop on/off, then this is the tour for you. I've tried for a month to resolve my complaint directly with the company but their customer service is a JOKE. You can only contact them via Facebook Messenger or Website chat and they reply many hours later and often in the middle of night. What a shame. It could be a great concept but they really don't care what you think. Also, if you have kids, you should know that the recorded audio commentary is predictably dumb but also crass and tasteless - encouraging guests to take a selfie fondling the Wall Street bull's testicles - REALLY?!
