We paid for a two day hop on hop off access… Somehow we missed our QR code, and was lost apparently forever… we tried to get on the bus and couldn’t, because we didn’t have a QR code… No one could seem to help us find her QR code overall to very unhelpful staff… I will admit that there could be some user error on our end, but at least have some people who can try to help you…

Santana was amazing. We brought visitors from out of the country and as soon as she spoke I said, "that is an authentic New Yorker!" Funny and informative

We purchased this tour hoping to see the sites and learn about New York but hardly got to do either. The buses get crowed fast and in peak times you have to wait for several buses to arrive before you could get on. They give you headphones to learn about the sites but the narration is terrible and they play music so much it is boring. I miss the actual guides who were on the bus sharing information on the spot. The uptown route has stops by the park but otherwise not worth the route.
