We were abandoned before our tour ended, so we didn't get the full trip we were promised. The bus driver said that is day was over and we had to get off the bus. At like 4 in the afternoon!

The bus driver, Harry Valenciano, was amazing. How he drove through the streets of southern NYC effectively with the crowds and cars was beyond me. Then he would stop and help people up to the top level and offer additional insights.

I did not like that it cost me more when I booked on line then were the tour started. It was difficult to find where the bus was.
