Buses took forever - more than 20 minutes each stop and they were very crowded. No organization at stops either.

This bus is a good way of seeing New York, you do get stuck in traffic a lot, but that's New York for you, although we did have difficulty finding the pick-up by Battery Park and ended up walking back to the twin towers to the pickup point there.
