That the one hop off hop on station guide took our paper ticketing and when we attempted to hop on to return we WERE NOT allowed ... good thing I had backup paperwork verging the tour had to get a a supervisor involved will request a refund

Very hot day with no air conditioning in the bus. We had to sit inside the bus because there was no room up top. Also the audio didn't work on the bus!

While our Downtown and Uptown tours have pre-recorded commentary available, we also offer live guides on our VIP Brooklyn Tour and Night Tour for those who prefer this experience.Big Bus Tours only operates open-top double decker buses which connect to the outdoors. Due to this, we apologize we are unable to offer air conditioning/heating on our buses. We encourage our guests to prepare in advance of your tour as we do operate in all weather conditions. If needed, we can offer a travel date change if weather is unfavorable to our guests. We invite you to give it another shot in a different city or in New York. Have a great day!

When we tried to get on a bus it didn’t allow us to go on and said to us another bus will never come and drove away. Worst experience of all😡😡😡
