This Bus Tour was just OK. The commentary was never quite up with what we were going by and very repetitive. I didn’t come on a bus to listen to music, I wanted to hear about the city and what I was seeing. The downtown portion was much better than the uptown. The Uptown portion was horrible. Not enough stops! Worse part was a VERY RUDE Big Bus employee got on the bus and told us we should get off because it was the end of the tour. We couldn’t understand him because he was facing the back of the bus and we were sitting at the front so asked him to tell us what was going on. He got very rude, almost to the point of ugliness. Didn’t ruin the tour but he really shouldn’t be working in customer service. Even the sweet bus driver apologized for his behavior.

Our guide was Sonia. She is amazig, funny and full with positieve energie. We got good tips, and she has a lot of funny stories. Love her. Thank you Sonia 🗽😊

Good general view of the city. Good narration but very repetitive. Especially about leaving tips. Went on open air, but one of the pick-ups had a 1/2 covered top. I would stay away from that one. Very under under there and claustrophobic. Good on a rainy day, otherwise, skip and wait for a true open top
