I'm so glad we went on this tour! It was a great way to see a lot of the "must see" NYC attractions in a short amount of time. It was also really easy getting on and off. My boyfriend and I never had to wait more than 20 mins at the bus stop to get one of the more popular seats on the 2nd level. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and entertaining. Such a fun experience.

We decided that one of the best ways to see New York would be to book the hop on hop off bus tour & it did not disappoint! Our tour guide was Bernie and he was fantastic, he was very informative and you could tell he is very proud of his city! He also made us laugh alot! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking of doing it. Thanks again bernie from the Scottish girl with 2 boyfriends!!!

Worst investment of our trip! Total waste of time and money! Because of traffic the trip is very slow (which we expected). Rather than entertaining riders with historical info and fun facts about the area and the buildings we were in seeing while stopped at lights, we just sat silent most of the time with an occasional reference to “this is the flatiron building” etc! I’ve taken the Bug Bus trips in DC, Toronto and Vancouver. All were so engaging and informative throughout the entire route....what I was expecting NYC trip to be but was thoroughly disappointed!

While we understand your time is valuable, during holiday season,, NYC does experience a lot of gridlock and higher than normal pedestrian and vehicle traffic, as well as delays and detours. We do our best to maneuver around these delays, so as to stick to schedule and not inconvenience guests. The guides are expected to present a commentary that is both pleasant and comprehensive, full of fun and interesting facts and history about Manhattan. It's disappointing to hear as a loyal Big Bus passenger, you didn't receive that. We appreciate that you have provided us with a detailed account of your experiences, as we always refer to customer feedback as a way to improve our services.
