We chose the Big Bus for our tour of Manhattan. We rode on the top, as did most passengers. The recorded guide pointed out sights along the route, interspersed with historical tidbits and NYC themed music. Although hop on and off was available, we rode the whole loop in about two hours. After lunch we did ride back to tour the NYC Library and Grand Central Station. Ticket agent, Wanda Bou, was very helpful with directions. The Big Buss was a very enjoyable part of our visit to NYC.

I was super impressed with the customer service from Tripadvisor and Big Bus Tours!!! my flight was significantly delayed and therefore I was never able to use my tickets on the day I paid for. Customer service at both places helped me change the date of my tickets so I could use them the next day. Me and my niece thoroughly enjoyed our day on and off the bus today all around New York City. Thank you!

Uptown route bus driver was disrepectful...not patient even yelled at me and other passanger...could not get his name...but he was not from the USA...looked oriental
