We have done the Big Bus tours in other cities and loved it. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with this one. When we first got on, no one told us that the narration was only heard with earphones, so we missed what was being said. When we got off to look at something, it was very hard to get back on. We would wait a long time and then there wasn’t room on the bus. Each time we got off, there was at least one or two buses that had to pass us by. That just wasted our time and we never got to do the full tour. On a positive note, we were very impressed with Sho who worked the ticket counter at Madame Tussaud’s. He went over and above to straighten out a mess that happened when we purchased our tickets online.

We do understand that your time is limited, although our tours face a high volume of visitors, we do our utmost to track demand and prepare for an increased number of buses at peak times to avoid overcrowding and long wait times. Unfortunately, wait time depends on traffic and detours, which we do not control, and due to the holiday season, we have been experiencing gridlock traffic and detours.
As far as earphones are concerned, although we apologize for any misapprehension, this information is listed after check out when purchase. Due to safety concerns and operation on the Double Decker bus, the guide stays at the top level at all times.We hope that this one incident will not dissuade you from riding with us in the future, and we thank you for notifying us so that we can continue to improve our sightseeing experience with our guests.
