The bus service was excellent for its purpose—a safe and stress-free way to explore New York. It’s ideal for families and offers great flexibility and $ value in this high cost city. I highly recommend it and would definitely use it again.

Just took us all over and got to see the sights. A suggestion would be get a app to put the tour on your phone and forget the cheap headphone

This was the worst experience I had in NY. Bring my first time in the city I was recommended to ride the bus to immerse myself in the city. I was able to hop on just fine my first stop however as I tried to rebound, the mad driving the bus would not allow me back on and told me I had to have a hard ticket my digital pass would not be accepted. The next bus showed it would be an hour away and by this time I was cold and frustrated which led me to call an uber. I was really looking forward to seeing the city, I will not recommend your company to anyone.
