We rode the route one complete time to get the lay of the land. Very helpful. The recorded audio guide was better than expected. It wasn’t dry or boring.

The little speakers that you put your headphones in to barely worked, so you didn’t get the full experience and to know what you were seeing. Workers were rude.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Kinsley! We're very sorry to hear about the issue with the audio experience you have encountered. In such cases we normally recommend moving to a different empty seat, or hopping off the bus if no free seats are available and waiting for the next bus.

Thought this would be great but we never even got to use our tickets! The directions to the bus stops suck! and every time 4xs we tried getting on a bus they were always full and didn't have room. And we weren't the only ones having this problem at one stop there was 22 of us that couldn't get on 3 busses in a row! They also need to give a better map of where the stops exactly are with addresses!
