We took my in-laws on a double-loop tour. The staff was very kind. We had to cancel our tour at first, and that went through without issue. When we saw NY was going to be fine the day of our visit, we called and were told to make sure we knew it was less than 24 hours and could not cancel. On the day of the event, every bus stop was very well-marked. We did have one bus where the headphones or sound kept making a chirping-like sound and the driver stopped hard a few times. Also, don't sit on the side by the curb/trees. Some of the tree branches are low and my mother-in-law got smacked in the face by one. I would have given it 5 stars if not for those two things. Everything else was perfect. my in-laws could not believe how much we saw. They could never have walked so far. You don't exactly see the Stuatue of Liberty either, it is down a street you go by and we went on a picture-perfect, clear weather day. I would say to dress in layers, it does get cool once the bus moves with the wind and when you go by water. Please wait for people to get on the bus before trying to get on and form a line. Many rush and once you get to the top, there are more seats than what you can see when you are looking up from the street. We would do this again with this company.
