Staff generally impolite and unhelpful. They have headphones where you can listen to interesting facts about the buildings and places but for some reason they have completely dumbed this down from when I was last in NY. There are so many amazing things to see and talk about yet they choose to give some inane commentary about which stars had been spotted where and random showbiz stats. It was just awful. Then you had the issues with queuing - we had 4 full buses go past our stop downtown before we could get one and luckily just made the last uptown bus of the day. However that was absolutely not worth it - you get pretty much zero commentary and it is straight up one street on east side and down the next one on east side - didn't even go past the Guggenheim. Would not recommend.

Tour drivers very disrespectful. The recorded guide was constantly cut off I’m the middle of an explanation.

Bus operator did not allowed to hop on as big bus ticket scanning person was missing from empire state building pick up point. We had to fight to get to next stop and we were able to find scanner.
