We accessed this tour through the Sightseeing Pass and found it to be a terrific means of seeing and accessing sites throughout midtown and lower Manhattan. The open top bus accommodated more people than a traditional bus and allowed for awesome viewing of the impressive skyline. Pros: The neighborhoods accessed and ability to hop on/off, both were well done. The map descriptions and times were accurate and well-posted street-side. Cons were that the busses ended earlier in the day than we would have liked and there were a LOT of people at the last stop in lower Manhattan (WTC) which was unnerving. We all got on though and got back to the starting point (Times Square). We did not use the Central Park loop because there were far fewer busses/ times. If this improves we will definitely use this company more for both loops.

I would give it a five star of you except they're checking systems for when you purchase tickets are not the most efficient and don't have the best connectivity in certain checking areas. Luckily they provide you with headphones but you have to find the right way to move the jack to here the tour. But I will say the two are is very informative and very pleasant to listen to! And everyone bus driver take a salespeople we're all very friendly and courteous. We went on the downtown loop but on the next visit we plan on doing the uptown loop! Can't wait to ride again!

A great way to see New York either staying on the bus or using it as transport. Buy a ticket to last your visit, wish we had!
