Very happy with the tour. Very informative and easy for children to have a historical knowledge of NY.

Saul was very helpful upon boarding the Downtown hop on-hop off at stop 3. We then hopped off at Wall Street and then back on later in the day. The only unfortunate thing was we wanted to go back to stop 3 but the driver made us get off at 1.

Aclaireporter, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the driver asking you to hop off at stop 1. At this stop, our drivers change buses and have to conduct mandatory safety checks. After this process is completed, we reboard the bus for the next departure. We hope you still were able to rejoin the tour afterward.

Not worth the money! The ‘Audio’ is more music and ‘cheap’ ‘tacky’ chatting rather than actual real guided audio delivery of the attractions around you. There are no ‘Live’ guides any more, they’re the ones who make it. You’re better off getting either a subway to where you want to go, or even better get an all day normal bus ticket and then you can just jump on and off where ever you want. The ‘app’ for the bus did not work either, honestly an absolute waste of money! I would have genuinely rather bought a regular bus ticket and saved so much money, worst experience I’ve done in NYC.
