We had a day pass on here as part of the Sightseeing pass and couldn’t fault it. We caught the bus outside M&M world and the buzz in Times Square was palpable. There were loads of stops for you to hop off and back on and the guide was informative and fun. Really glad we did this.

Not upto expectations. There was no tour guide, no recordings. Tourists don't mind paying to have the best first time experience. I would not recommend.

We hopped on the bus from just by Time Square to get us down to the One World Observatory. We didn't do the whole circuit but we enjoyed what we did do. Where ever I am in the world I tend to use the bus as it is a good way to get your bearings and see where everything is. Our bus did not have a driver as the guide, I always think its best when you have someone from the local area talking to you as you go round, its so much more entertaining. There is a box of pink headphones as you go on the bus which can be plugged into sockets by the seat where you can listen to a guided tour recording. None of the staff told us this we found them ourselves. Unfortunately, after about the first ten minutes the recording kept cutting in and out so you could not hear what was being said. Had we done the whole circuit and paid for this as a separate excursion and not part of our pass this would have been very disappointing. We sat of the top deck for the experience and the view. The seat where puddled with water which you had to dry yourself, after the bus was almost full someone did come round to wipe the empty seats but this should have been done before anyone had boarded. We still enjoyed the part we did, its all an experience. Wrap up warm if going in the winter it is a tad chilling up there but great views.
