Bought tickets for 3 days but after 1 hour we had to get off because it was freezing cold, with open roof and no heating our legs were freezing solid what a bloody shame nobody cared to arrange for heating in winter, windows could be a little cleaner too

Russu007, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. We apologize you did not enjoy your experience. Unfortuantely, all of our buses are open-top double decker buses. As the top deck is completely open to the outdoors, we are unable to provide heat. We do allow passengers to sit on the bottom enclosed level but always encourage customers to dress warm during the winter months.

As first time visitors we bought the three day ticket. It was the easiest, most affordable way to assure we got to the highlight landmarks of the area. The app was invaluable in finding the hop on spots and following the routes. We did end up using the subway once and Ubers more than once. That is because the traffic is so bad in NYC that if you have to get somewhere specific (ex Empire Bldg tickets) you may not be able to wait on the bus route to make it through. Also, one time the bus was half empty and the driver sat and waited for more people for 20 min which we found frustrating since busses came behind and left while we were waiting. But all in all was easy dependable way to get to all of the must see places.

I love these bus tours. They give you a wonderful highlights tour of the city and some interesting facts about them and the area. Thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend.
