This was a horrible experience primarily due to inconsistent bus routes. My children and I walked 1 mile to get to a stop.

The route seems nice but the actual attractions are far. Bus does not come every 15mins and even the people working there could not reach the bus. Second (Blue) Line operates weirdly and does not let you hop on again if you try to get on at stop 18 for stop 2 because they just switch the bus. Rude service staff. Overall we did see most but had to walk big time so 70$ are NOT worth it.

Hello, We appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. While our Downtown buses depart every 15 minutes from Stop #1 and our Uptown buses depart every 30 minutes from Stop #14, traffic can delay arrival times at stops further along the route. We recommend downloading our Big Bus Tours app for our live bus tracker and approximate arrival times at each stop. We apologize for your negative experience and hope you will consider us in the future.

If you want to see everything worth seeing then I’d definitely recommend buying this bus pass! The audio guide was also informative.
