Waited 45 minutes to get on first bus and was afraid to get off for fear we would have to wait again. Was very hard to hear recorded commentary due to traffic noise. Was nice to get a feel for the area and plot was to get around on subways the next day.

Our first day, September 21st, was a terrible experience. We were left stranded at stop #9. The driver stopped to drop off passengers but said nothing to us before driving away, leaving us standing there with no explanation. The staff's attitude was very unprofessional, and we couldn't find another stop to return. On September 22nd, the driver was equally rude when we asked for directions and responded with a bad attitude. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will never recommend your service.

SAVE UR MONEY! Pick up points not clearly marked. Extremely unorganized, earbuds don’t work and info minimal and can’t hear on speakers. If ur below deck u will melt, no air conditioning, can’t see out windows, bus passed long lineups of people waiting to get on bc no room. Can’t see half the sights cause ur stuck in traffic forever and bus runs only until 5 pm. Buses took forever and are dirty. Complete ripoff!!!!!
