Being out in the open air was amazing. It was a great way to get around the city. I can’t wait to go back when I have more time.

Would not recommend this tour. Bus could not accomdate passengers at designated bus stops. Had to continually wait for another bus with the hope of getting on. Stops was changed without notifying passengers: Did not coincide with tour map that was given out. Not worth the money.

Stops are well marked in some places, not so much in others. Employees gruff. Driver impatient. Bus has no a/c, and top deck has odd partial cover. If you are up top and wanting to look up, you won’t be able to. Wish a 2 day pass could be used in 2 non-consecutive days. Seems like it wouldn’t be that hard to modify. Tried to reach out to ask question on app, question went ignored. I’d go with the other bus tour option.

While some of our buses have a partial covering, most of our fleet are fully open-top double decker buses. Our staff is happy to accommodate you on the open-top buses if requested when boarding. As for our live chat, we sincerely apologize if you did not receive a response. The live chat usually offers a quick response to our guests.
