I was kicked off the bus before my ticket expired, preventing me from reaching the starting point for the uptown loop. I was very disappointed

Hello Trevor, We are very sorry to hear of your experience with us. Our Uptown tour begins at Stop #14 but ends at Stop #19, which is about 4 blocks away. We apologize for any confusion caused during your trip.

No air condition over 100° inside the bus, very crowded, huge lines to get on the bus. It was nice seeing the sides of the city, but honestly I'd rather took the subway.

Hi Andy F thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. While our buses do have air conditioning on the bottom level, it can get warm on days we experience high temperatures as both levels connect to the outdoors. We recommend sitting on the upper, open level for the best experience. We apologize and hope this did not cause too much of an inconvenience during your trip.

Always a great way to scope out a new city for the first time. The commentary along the way was very interesting and easy to understand. There was one stop that was kind of out of the way. I think it Hudson yards stop.
