I loved the tour. I got to see the city and work out where I wanted to go. We went around once and then again getting off where we wanted. Wonderful time

Big Bus or Top View… we chose Big Bus. We bought our tickets at home before the trip, but found when we got to NY that was really not necessary. We got 2 day pass and a night tour. Night tour guide Shelley was great! Bus driver Ivan did a great job! Day tours however were guided by pre-recorded messages delivered through ear buds… not too good, and we felt like we missed some of the sights being fully explained. Also some of the recorded info was presented after we passed the area to look. They need live tour guides.

Requested a refund, as the QR code (for purchase validation for the vendor) would not appear when using the link (numerous times). Site is user friendly to navigate, but their should be FAQs to resolve frequent issues. Thank you.
