Brought my teenage son to NYC for the first time and thought this would be a great way to get around. There was snow and ice coming in so I’m glad we were able to sit under the plastic covering up top. The tour was okay. It didn’t fully point out all the specific things (Little Italy for example: said it was coming up 2 different times). We were under the impression our tour covered both Times Square route as well as up to Central Park. We only were able to do the Times Square area one. They dropped us off 2 blocks from the M&M store (driver basically said everyone off the bus). Only for everyone to exit and then get back on. Made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Won’t do this tour again. Really didn’t feel it gave us a good grasp on various sites.

Grumpy staff members on uptown route, who shoved people into bus and off. No smiles, super moody! However voice over good and usually bus tours with this operator are good, maybe an off day… Downtown route team were ok, made up for it.
