During this approx 2 -hour snorkeling tour with a knowledgeable guide, watch these extraordinary creatures feed on plentiful plankton attracted by underwater lights. With wingspans that can reach more than 20 feet (6 meters) across, manta rays have no teeth or barb on the tail. You gotta experience this while visiting Big Island. I was nervous about the boat ride, but it was super smooth and nice. I recommend booking 5:30 tour, because we got to see whales and dolphins on our way, tour at 8 doesn't get to see any of that. The crew took a bunch of pictures and videos that were shared with us at the end of the tour (free of charge). They even recorded under the water with the GoPro, which was super cool.

Incredible experience! The mantas are so beautiful and graceful and they get so close to you! The crew was friendly and helpful, with entertaining explanations, fun playlists, and drinks snd snacks.

Possibly one of the most magical experiences of my life. Lena, Diego and the third person whose name I forgot were excellent. But if you get sea sick, bring Dramamine.
