This basically delivers what it says it will. The bus ride is fine (if a bit cramped). This is technically an airboat, but really, more like an airbus - huge noisy boats - I'm surprised there are any animals in the area at all. You will be asked for a tip every time you turn around - the tour guide, the airboat driver, the alligator wrestler. We did see some alligators, and a few birds, and everybody was polite and helpful.

The main tour did not have enough room in it so we had a private car and amazing tourguide. The organization was very well done. The tour was pretty good overall. While we didn't see as many gators as we had hoped (natures issue of course!), we enjoyed the show and the other animals there.

Alligator Al was energetic and personable. The van was comfortable, although I was unable to buckle up due to a faulty buckle connection. The airboat was terrific. Our guide (Matt?) was a terrific Aussie and didn't get the boat stuck (another did). We saw 6 alligators, a huge iguana, and plenty of birds. The alligator show was funny and had one of the GatorBoys. We took the pre-request photo holding a baby alligator. Terrific family fun! My 11 year old love it and I did too.
